1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using MassivSend (accessible via massiv-send.vercel.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable guidelines and regulations set forth by Meta Platforms Inc. for the WhatsApp Business Platform.

2. Messaging Guidelines & Compliance

MassivSend integrates directly with the Meta WhatsApp Business API. Users of our service must adhere strictly to WhatsApp's commerce and business policies:

  • Consent: You must obtain explicit opt-in consent from all recipients before sending templates, broadcasts, or notifications.
  • Spam Prevention: Sending unsolicited messages, spam, or misleading promotional text will result in instant suspension of your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) by Meta.
  • Content Restrictions: You agree not to send templates that promote illegal services, weapons, adult content, tobacco, or fraudulent schemes.

Meta Quality Score: Messaging quality is monitored directly by Meta. If your quality score drops to low levels, Meta may limit or restrict your template permissions.

3. Account Responsibility & Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, including Meta Cloud API Access Tokens, Phone IDs, and WABA IDs. MassivSend is not responsible for any unauthorized messaging costs incurred on your Meta Developer console due to leaked credentials.

4. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate Meta guidelines, breach these Terms of Service, or engage in abusive API activities. In the event of account closure, all local data is deleted permanently as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

MassivSend is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of WhatsApp API messaging channels, which are subject to external Meta service outages, template approval latencies, or network anomalies.
