Welcome to MassivSend (accessible via massiv-send.vercel.app). MassivSend is a business messaging platform designed to help companies manage their broadcast campaigns, template notifications, and messaging groups using the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, store, secure, process, and delete information when you use our application. By signing up and using our platform, you consent to the data practices described in this document.

2. Information We Collect

To provide you with unified WhatsApp broadcast features and tracking details, we collect the following categories of data:

  • Account Details: When you register, we collect your name, email address, password hash, and subscription configurations.
  • API Credentials: Your Meta WhatsApp Business API credentials (including WABA ID, Phone ID, and Access Tokens) are encrypted and stored to execute messaging transactions on your behalf.
  • Recipient & Contacts: Full names, phone numbers, WhatsApp numbers, email addresses, and group assignments that you import or create manually.
  • Message Templates: Text, headers, media URLs, and button configurations submitted to Meta for validation.
  • Campaign Performance Logs: Delivery receipts (Sent, Delivered, Read timestamps) parsed from Meta Cloud Webhooks to display real-time analytics.

3. How We Process and Use Information

We process your data for the following specific purposes:

  1. To establish secure connections with Meta APIs to send templates, media files, and interactive button messages.
  2. To display metrics, success rates, and read rates on your MassivSend dashboard.
  3. To automatically format, clean, and sync template details dynamically.
  4. To check, verify, and validate plan allocations and subscription limits.

Data Security Note: Your private API Access Tokens and WhatsApp Phone IDs are encrypted at rest and are never shared, leased, or sold to third-party advertisers.

4. Third-Party Integrations & Data Sharing

MassivSend relies on core third-party providers to execute messaging and host cloud database infrastructure:

  • Meta/Facebook Cloud API: Messages, template data, and media attachments are transmitted directly to Meta platforms to execute the physical delivery of WhatsApp notifications. These transmissions are governed under Meta's own privacy framework.
  • Supabase: Our backend database and storage infrastructure runs on Supabase (built on AWS). All data is stored in secure PostgreSQL instances configured with Row Level Security (RLS) policies, ensuring users can only read or write their own data.

5. Data Retention & Deletion (Your Rights)

We believe in full ownership of user data. You maintain complete control over the information you store on MassivSend:

  • Manual Deletion: You can delete templates, individual recipients, or entire contact groups directly inside the dashboard. Deleting a record immediately and permanently purges it from our Supabase database.
  • Meta Synchronicity: Deleting a template inside MassivSend triggers an API call that requests Meta to permanently delete the template from their servers as well.
  • Account Closure: If you close your account, all associated database records (API keys, contacts, templates, and analytics logs) are permanently and irreversibly purged from our database immediately.

6. Children's Privacy

Our services are strictly meant for commercial enterprises and business owners. We do not knowingly compile, collect, or store any personal data from individuals under 18 years of age.
